Greg Stobbs a.k.a. Squirl, an urban street artist, visited our school to teach us about street art. He talked about what inspired him, how he got started and taught us how to write in graffiti. Squirl worked with each year group and, in the afternoon, created a piece of permanent wall art based on our term’s theme – conflict and resolution. It was brilliant to be able to interact and learn from a professional artist and we are looking forward to working with Squirl (and other artists) in the future. Thank you to our P.T.A who kindly sponsored this visit.
